Easter.

Easter was especially great this year...Dan had most of it off.
We headed to the annual Washington City Easter Egg Hunt.
Which is really just a roped off area for each age group &
candy flung everywhere.  But the kids love it & look
forward to it every year.

We headed to grandma's house to color easter eggs.
I love doing it there...NO mess @ our house.
We do it outside & the kids all wear old t-shirts to cover up.
So fun!
It's fun to see all of the cool colors they come up with!

Easter Morning.
The kids got lots of fun things in their Easter baskets.
Averi's favorite-a hula hoop.
Lucas' favorite-lego's.
They got cleaned up in their Sunday best & we headed to
church where they learned more about the real reason we
celebrate Easter.

We headed to Grandma's again for a
yummy dinner & Easter Egg hunt.
Unfortunately we waited a bit too
long to have it & it ended up
pouring...so we had the hunt inside.

We had such a great Easter, full of:
*fun.
*family.
*some healthy competition...I'm
pretty sure the girls one!
*good food.
&
*celebrating our Savior Jesus Christ.
