Kolob Reservoir.

I can't believe I've only been here one other time in my life.
Ok, only 1 other time that I can remember!
Saturday morning we woke up & rain clouds threatened to ruin our plans.
But we decided to head to Kolob any way in hopes that the rain would miss us.
And it did, up until we were just about ready to leave.
The weather was BEAUTIFUL, a little bit chilly which was a welcome change from the heat.
The company was great: The M*, T* & E* families.
We are super blessed to have some really great neighbors that we love hanging out with.
And there is definitely NO shortage of laughs or craziness when we are together.
The combined total of kids between the four families is:
9 kids, 6 boys & 3 girls!!!
So there is definitely a whole lot of noise!
A few of the guys fished, the boys & H* threw rocks, we all ate :),
relaxed & had a good time. Dan had the only catch & it was a crawdad, the kids loved looking at it sweet baby N* was interested in touching it. Dusty cooked us an AMAZING & very tasty dinner of dutch oven potatoes, ribs & peach cobbler.
SO GOOD!
Left side pics: "the" crawdad, Dusty the "chef", Dan showing off his catch ;), The Ladies + Trey.
Right side pics: Leslie barely making it out of THE MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOMS EVER...seriously SO gross!, the reservoir, cute Dan.
And I couldn't resist putting the pics of our 2 "special" friends.
Ben & Karl.
There are NO words to describe how special they REALLY are! ;)
***
Besides the bee-sting, a rock to the head, getting pulled over (Ben :), it was a great trip!
Thanks everyone for the fun night!

That really is a miracle about Sherwood. You know the story of that guy who ended up having to saw his arm off to survive with a knife...he was very lucky!! i always forget that you are a twin!
